Expressions of Interest (EOI)

We are currently inviting people to register an Expressions of Interest to gauge demand ahead of a potential Plan Change, pending a board decision at the end of October 2026. An Expression of Interest is non-binding — it registers your interest in specific sections and your place in the order in which interest is received, without any deposit or financial commitment. Expressions of Interest open to the public on 1 September 2026 and close on 18 October 2026.

Holders are given priority access to sections should the plan change proceed. Once formal subdivision is confirmed, Expression of Interest holders will be given the first opportunity to convert their interest into a binding sale agreement, ahead of the general market, based on the order in which interest was received and the section preferences registered.
